Another educational victory for undocumented students
A huge step for Latinos has been accomplish in the state of Rhone Island as a state higher educational board has agreed to allowed undocumented students to pay in-state tuition fee at Rhode Island’s public universities and colleges in an attempt to raise state revenue.
